Tank Filling

Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art....
It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival.
~C.S. Lewis

Yesterday Tim ran away for the day in answer to a friend's request for adventure. Tim's in the solid black tee in the back, Russ in the blue tee. Tim is often the driver and financial source behind most of the adventure in his life so this request was particularly sweet - a true and honest gift,  no strings attached except for the zip-line, and harness!

Friends through the years, I believe that business ownership within the same industry is the thread that continues to bind these two.

Over the course of the day, Russ explains that he is currently enjoying a safe financial place but no family with whom to enjoy it. He's dreaming of a monthly outing, man's day, excursion, exploit, trip, stunt, feat and well, simply scheduled togetherness. Although guys don't call it togetherness, we women recognize and understand that is what they are doing. And it's SO valuable. I'm excited for this possibility...

Climbing around the ropes high above the ground, watching your toes whir past the tree tops, whooping and hollering in unison with friends, tank filling for absolute sure.
