Just before Thanksgiving our family of four drove for many hours in the car (can I get 3 cheers for small hand held electronics?) to visit Nana and Uncle Larry in Arizona. We had a blast! LOTS and LOTS of laughing while playing card games; Pounce, Bluff and Indian Poker.
We swam in the warm heated pool and hot tub (can I get 3 cheers for all the seniors who like their pool warm?).
We also drove 1/2 way up Mt. Lemmon and gazed at the view and all the amazing cacti. And we went to a local theatre's production of a Christmas play (very fun, thank you again, Nana!).
Uncle Larry invited us to feast on this ridiculous dessert at a 50's Diner - that was WAY fun, too. Hey, Larry, did they post our photo on the wall like they threatened? Here's what was in it...YUM!

Wow, that dessert would sure wipe me out, but I'd give it a try!
